Up to $50,000 in Assistance for Homebuyers
The FHLBank Boston's Lift Up Homeownership Program is designed to provide enhanced down-payment and closing cost assistance for people purchasing their first home.
Equity Builder Program
Up to $25,000 in Assistance for Homebuyers
The FHLBank Boston's Equity Builder Program, offering grants to help first-time homebuyers earning up to 80% of the HUD area median income with down payments, closing costs, home rehabilitation, and homebuyer education and counseling.
Housing Our Workforce (HOW)
Up to $25,000 in Assistance for Homebuyers
The FHLBank Boston's Housing Our Workforce program, offers grants to help local homebuyers earning more than 80% and up to 120% of the HUD area median income with down payments, closing costs, and homebuyer education and counseling. Buyers must complete homebuyer education/counseling if they are a first-time homebuyer.
